The Dallas Cowboys 2nd preseason game was a 28-20 exhibition loss to the San Diego Chargers. Even though the Cowboys first team completely dominated the Chargers, with Tony Romo having a lot more time to throw and completing 9 of 13 passes for 75 yards.
